SMS Messaging Policy

This page describes how Megamize uses SMS messaging in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and carrier 10DLC requirements. By opting in to SMS messages from Megamize you agree to receive text messages as described below.

What you'll receive

Megamize sends SMS messages only to recipients who have:

• Submitted an audit request via megamize.co/pulse and provided a phone number
• Replied to one of our outreach emails or calls
• Booked a meeting through Calendly or a direct conversation
• Otherwise explicitly opted in to receive text messages from us

Message types include: meeting confirmations, follow-ups to engaged conversations, delivery of audit findings, and time-sensitive scheduling.

How to opt out

You can cancel SMS messages from Megamize at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and will not text you again.
• Or email aaron@megamize.co with subject line "SMS Stop".

If you want to re-subscribe later, just text us back or sign up again through the audit form.

Message frequency + carrier disclaimers

• Message frequency varies based on your engagement (typically 1-4 messages per active conversation)
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan
• Carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider

Privacy

Megamize does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services — such as our messaging platform (Quo), telecommunications providers, and customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service you have opted into.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
